Talk, talk, talk. Or not!

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.

1 Corinthians 4:20

Understanding the significance of these words is not easy for us mere mortals who are tied to the things we easily control such as our words. Words are a way of life as we express our opinions and jabber at one another endlessly.

Yet God wants us to have a different day. He wants us to understand that Heaven is right here, right now.

From that time on Jesus began to proclaim his message with these words: “Keep turning away from your sins and come back to God, for heaven’s kingdom realm is now accessible.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭4‬:‭17‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Waking up each day wrapping out minds around the power of Heaven that is within our grasp and which we may wield is daunting. Yet it is real.

What king ignores his kingdom and spends his day doing meaningless tasks? Most of us are that type of king.

God is commanding us to see our day differently such that we grasp the power and authority that has been laid at our feet. We should live with the responsibility that this power requires.

Quit talking and start living this life.
