Make your life a prayer.

‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭17‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Prayer takes on many forms.  It has always fascinated me that in certain religions, prayer happens publicly 7 times a day at set times.  If Christians practiced such rituals, we would be more understanding of God. Instead, life is too busy to arrange 7 times for organized prayer. Life is often too filled that prayer once in a day can be a challenge.

Turning life into a life of prayer creates a recognition of who is in control.  We think our life is made up of a string of decisions we make. As we age and look back on life, a person is faced with a reality that makes one rethink if there were actually any decision one makes.  Maybe life is a path that we are on and all we get to do is determine how we will react to what just happened.

This realization brings a God factor into perspective, allowing one to recognize that God is in control and what we control is recognition of His omnipotence.  If we lived with this understanding, our life would love much different. It might look like a life of prayer.
