Impossible!

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Matthew 19:26

Many times Jesus attempts to explain something to man yet the true nature of what he says escapes us.  His words make fine quotes but do we REALLY live in a way that fulfills these words?

Another example:

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 “If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

John 14:12-14

Jesus is telling us that we can ask for the impossible and receive it. Who does that? Is the person that expects such things seen as a crazy person? When we see something that appears impossible, and yet someone prays for that very thing, we easily dismiss such prayers. Which person is the fool?

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

Matthew 18:19

Can you join the crazy one in a prayer for the impossible? Do you have the courage?

Jesus expects this! He commands this way of living.
